Job summary

Burjline Builders in Doha, Qatar, seeks experienced Employee Engagement professionals to support employee experience, culture and workplace initiatives within a major organization in Qatar.

You will develop and implement engagement initiatives, conduct surveys, report on KPIs, coordinate events, and work with HR and business stakeholders to boost satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Employee Relations or HR.
• For senior-level candidates, 6–10 years of HR experience is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred for senior-level candidates.
• Arabic and English capability preferred.
