Recruitment Manager – Fleet
As a Recruitment Manager – Fleet, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent in line with the company’s workforce needs. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, collaborate closely with department heads, and manage the recruitment team. You will also play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while strengthening and promoting the company’s employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Lead and execute bulk hiring initiatives and fleet recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely fulfilment of high-volume roles while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate requirements.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates for fit and qualifications.
- Manage and improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms.
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws and company policies.
- Promote the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Lead or participate in HR projects related to workforce planning, diversity hiring, and onboarding improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Proven experience (7+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment; at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring, volume recruitment, and fleet hiring operations.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to be a strong team player while effectively leading and managing Talent Acquisition (TA) teams.
- Solid experience in managing external recruitment agencies and building productive vendor relationships.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong organisational and decision-making abilities.
