Swan Global is hiring for Recruitment Specialist / Asst. Manager / Talent Acquisition / Senior Recruitment Executive / Recruiter in Doha, Qatar. Joining is immediate, and the role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, bulk and overseas hiring, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will lead sourcing strategies, coordinate interviews, and drive timely closures while managing metrics and team performance in an in-house setting.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience (5+ years).
• Experience in manpower supply / staffing industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work in Qatar and join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily activities and provide guidance to improve sourcing and selection processes.
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions; drive sourcing strategies through portals, social media, referrals, and databases; screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.
• Ensure timely submission of CVs, interviews, and offer closures.
• Act as a point of contact between clients and recruitment team.
• Handle client escalations and maintain strong business relationships.
• Manage bulk hiring for gray-collar and white-collar roles; explore innovative sourcing channels.
• Prepare recruitment reports and MIS for management review.
• Track team performance and recruitment metrics.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in manpower supply / staffing industry.
