Snoonu is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process in Qatar, developing scalable hiring strategies for tech and core business roles. You will drive growth with a strategic mindset and build a high‑performing team to execute ambitious TA initiatives.

You will lead recruitment programs, enhance our employer brand, maintain strong pipelines, and deliver data‑driven insights while advancing diversity and inclusion across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience designing and scaling talent acquisition in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy to meet growth objectives for tech and core business roles.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and alignment with goals.
