Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Recruitment Manager – Fleet in Qatar to lead talent acquisition for high‑volume fleet roles. You will design recruitment strategies, manage the full cycle from posting to onboarding, and drive bulk hiring initiatives while upholding quality and compliance.

You will supervise a recruitment team, partner with department heads, optimize sourcing channels, and focus on an exceptional candidate experience and strong employer branding to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• 2+ years in managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in bulk and fleet hiring operations.
• Proficient in ATS and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Lead bulk hiring campaigns for fleet roles.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Improve candidate experience throughout hiring process.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and platforms.
• Promote Snoonu's employer brand.
