Job summary

Mint AI in Doha seeks an Engagement Manager to own end-to-end delivery of public-sector and enterprise engagements from kickoff to measurable impact. You will be the client’s day-to-day lead and bridge between their teams and our product and engineering group.

You will translate client needs into clear requirements, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure deployments meet Qatar's data, security and compliance requirements while building the capability to scale across engagements.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic, written and spoken, and professional English.
• Alignment with Mintality and demonstrated behavior aligning with Mint AI values.
• 5+ years in consulting, program management or technology delivery, ideally with government clients in Qatar or GCC.
• Proven delivery of complex technology or digital transformation programs, preferably involving AI, data or software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of engagements from kickoff to measurable impact.
• Translate client needs into clear requirements for engineering and language teams.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations in complex government contexts.
• Run steering committees, progress reviews and executive readouts in Arabic and English.
