Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager for its Global Public Sector team in Doha. You will establish deep client relationships, identify opportunities for custom AI applications for government, and oversee delivery with engineering and product teams.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and strategic problem solving to ensure impactful outcomes for citizens and residents. You will collaborate with premier research institutions and client organizations to train and educate

Qualifications

7+ years of total work experience in consulting or technical program management.
Experience in B2B client-facing roles and expanding client relationships.
Ability to understand APIs and the ML training lifecycle and communicate with technical customers.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Excellent verbal and written communications.
Structured, analytics-driven problem solving and organized multi-stream delivery.

Responsibilities

Identify high-value use cases for custom LLMs in government entities.
Partner with clients to understand pressing problems and propose Scale solutions.
Manage long-term client health and preempt risks or concerns.
Be main point-of-contact for clients and triage issues.
Collaborate with operations and engineering to track delivery and timelines.
Monitor and improve operational performance with continuous improvement.
