• Must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Research institutions and sectors, map challenges and draft AI use cases.
• Prepare workshops, demos, proposals and executive briefings in Arabic and English.
• Build quick prototypes with no-code/low-code AI tools to test ideas with clients.
• Take notes, track actions and follow up during client engagements.
• Track engagement outcomes and help turn them into case studies and insights.
• Contribute to research and content on AI adoption in Qatar and the GCC.
• Describe what AI can and cannot do honestly with clients.

Mint AI is a sovereign, Arabic-first applied-intelligence firm headquartered in Doha. We build AI that is Arabic-native by design and deploy it for government and enterprise across Qatar, GCC and the wider Middle East.

The internship

You'll work alongside our Strategists and Engagement Managers on how Mint AI brings Arabic-native AI to government and enterprise. You'll see how clients are discovered, how opportunities are scoped and how deployments create impact. You'll also contribute to each of those stages.

What you bring

• Fluency in Arabic, written and spoken, is required, along with professional English. Arabic is our primary working voice, not a translation layer.
• Genuine alignment with the Mintality and our Social Contract.
• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree in business, public policy, communications, international affairs, data science or a related field.
• Strong research, writing and presentation skills.
• Genuine interest in AI and hands-on use of AI tools.

• Organisation, reliability and comfort in a fast-moving environment.
