Job summary

Mint AI in Doha seeks an Engagement Manager to own end-to-end delivery of public-sector and enterprise engagements from kickoff to measurable impact. You will be the client’s day-to-day lead and bridge between their teams and our product and engineering group.

You will translate client needs into clear requirements, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure deployments meet Qatar's data, security and compliance requirements while building the capability to scale across engagements.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic, written and spoken, and professional English.
• Alignment with Mintality and demonstrated behavior aligning with Mint AI values.
• 5+ years in consulting, program management or technology delivery, ideally with government clients in Qatar or GCC.
• Proven delivery of complex technology or digital transformation programs, preferably involving AI, data or software.

The role

As Engagement Manager, you own delivery of Mint AI's public-sector and enterprise engagements from kickoff to measurable impact. You turn a signed pilot into a reference client and a reference client into a long-term partnership. You will be the client's day-to-day lead and the bridge between their teams and our product and engineering group.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements: scoping, planning, execution, adoption and handover.
• Translate client needs into clear requirements for our engineering and Arabic language teams.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations across complex government organizations.
• Run steering committees, progress reviews and executive readouts in Arabic and English.
• Define success metrics at the start of each engagement, and report impact against them.
• Identify expansion opportunities inside active accounts and hand them to the Strategist.
• Make sure every deployment meets Qatar's data, security and compliance requirements.
• Capture delivery lessons and build the playbooks that will let Mint AI scale.
• Build clients' long-term capability rather than dependence on Mint AI, and improve every engagement through what we learn.

What you bring

• Fluency in Arabic, written and spoken, is required, along with professional English. Arabic is our primary working voice, not a translation layer.
• Genuine alignment with the Mintality, shown through how you have worked, what you have built and what you have chosen not to do.
• 5+ years in consulting, program management or technology delivery, ideally with government clients in Qatar or the GCC.
• Proven delivery of complex technology or digital transformation programs, preferably involving AI, data or software.
• The ability to keep senior stakeholders aligned and projects on track in ambiguous settings.
• Enough technical fluency to work closely with engineers and challenge scope when needed.
• Strong structured communication and executive presence.
• Comfort building process where none exists yet.
