Snoonu in Doha, Qatar is seeking a People Partner Executive to support business leaders with People practices, ensuring high performance and strong employee experience. You will work with the Senior People Partner to drive initiatives across performance, engagement, and organizational change.

The role blends strong operations with strategic partnership, delivering consistent People processes and insightful analytics to guide decision-making in a fast-growing tech organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, org development or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist or HR roles.
• Experience coordinating performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, organizational changes, and employee relations activities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to generate insights.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to deliver People policies, processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Support workforce planning, org changes, role mapping and structure updates; maintain org charts and HR system accuracy.
• Assist in performance management, calibration, goal setting, feedback and development planning; support engagement initiatives.
• Analyze workforce metrics and prepare reports to support decisions for leaders and Senior People Partners.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Payroll, Finance and other People teams to ensure seamless employee experience.
