Job summary

Worley seeks an experienced Manager, People Operations to lead the People function in Qatar. You will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce planning, drive organisational effectiveness and deliver a best-in-class employee experience across projects in the region.

You will oversee compliance, talent development and employee relations while collaborating with Centres of Expertise to implement enterprise programs locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, business or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leaders.
• Experience leading People Operations in complex environments.
• Knowledge of Qatar employment law and GCC practices is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end People Operations across Qatar to deliver compliant HR services.
• Partner with business leaders to address workforce priorities and capability needs.
• Drive execution of Worley’s people strategy in Qatar and align with regional priorities.
• Advise leaders on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management.
• Lead local people initiatives to enhance employee experience and capability.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Oversee employee relations and ensure fair, legally compliant outcomes.
• Guide succession planning and leadership development across the business.
• Champion engagement, inclusion and retention within Worley values.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, visas and regulatory requirements.
