Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Manager, People Operations to lead the People function in Qatar. You will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy, deliver HR services for projects in Doha, and build leadership capability across the business.

This role blends strategic advisory with operational delivery, focusing on employee experience, workforce planning, performance management and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including partnering with senior leaders and leading broad HR activities across multiple disciplines.
• Experience leading People Operations in a complex, project-based, engineering, professional services or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end People Operations delivery in Qatar, ensuring compliant, high-quality HR services.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce priorities and develop practical people solutions.
• Drive the execution of Worley’s people strategy within Qatar and align with regional and enterprise initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, performance management and change management.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, governance and risk management in the local context.
• Collaborate with COEs and Shared Services to deliver integrated people solutions and enterprise programmes.
