Confidential in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in driving people strategy, organizational performance, employee engagement, and workforce effectiveness in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

You will lead talent management, succession planning, performance management, and change management, ensure Qatar Labor Law compliance, support workforce planning and onboarding, and use HR analytics to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HRBP role.
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Change Management.
• Experience within a large, fast-paced, multicultural organization.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead performance management and organizational development activities.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding of key talent.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and HR governance requirements.
• Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
