Job summary

Qatar Airways Group seeks an HR Business Partner in Doha to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, talent strategy, and business transformation initiatives.

The role collaborates with Executive Leadership and Line Managers to drive organizational performance and deliver innovative people solutions that support the group's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or a related field.
• 6+ years of job-related experience.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in HR practices and processes (case management, employee relations, organizational design).
• Strong coaching skills.
• Experience in leading HR projects.
• Advantage: experience in Retail or Travel industry.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce.
• Data analytics skills and advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Know the business, strategy, drivers, products, budgets, forecasts, and employee issues.
• Coach and prompt managers to think strategically and about the impact of changes on the organization.
• Encourage open dialogue between employees, managers and leaders.
• Influence at all stages of business strategy development and implementation.
• View HR services from the client’s perspective and add measurable value.
• Help develop strategies to address problems.
• Align HR strategy with business strategy; lead policy development and discussions.
• Handle recruitment, employee development and compensation strategy to drive workforce planning and support organizational development.
• Perform other department duties as directed by Head of Department.
