Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a People Operations Executive to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and helpdesk support in Qatar. The role focuses on onboarding, immigration coordination, and documentation while identifying operational bottlenecks and driving improvements.

You will collaborate with PRO teams and stakeholders to ensure timely visa/work permit processing, maintain accurate records, and support audit requirements as part of the People Operations function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, data and offboarding.
• Working knowledge of Qatar employment administration processes (QID, work permits, sponsorship) and coordination with PRO teams.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and maintaining employee data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle services and resolve inconsistencies or blockers.
• Manage employee requests via P&C Helpdesk, triage tickets and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate pre-boarding requirements and provide guidance to new hires.
• Coordinate visa, QID, work permit, sponsorship processes with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare standard employee documentation and templates.
• Maintain operational trackers and identify process gaps for improvements.
