Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, seeks a People Partner Executive to collaborate with business leaders and drive People initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with Senior People Partners, coordinate performance processes, and support organizational changes in a fast-growing tech environment.

You’ll bring about 4–5 years of HRBP/HR generalist experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a data-driven mindset to elevate employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Approximately 4–5 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR roles.
• Experience supporting People processes in fast-paced, high-growth tech settings.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, performance management, and policies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver People practices across the lifecycle.
• Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and role mapping.
• Coordinate performance management, feedback, and development planning.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Payroll, Finance for seamless employee experience.
