Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a seasoned Head of Product to lead the Operations & Logistics teams, building innovative customer, merchant, and courier services. You will drive logistics efficiency, optimize processes, and set new standards for speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll coach Product Managers, partner with engineering, and align roadmaps with Snoonu’s strategic goals in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment. Fluency in English required; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with emphasis on logistics/operations or delivery services.
• Proven experience leading high‑performing product teams.
• Strong foundation in Agile practices and Scrum methodologies.
• Deep proficiency in data analysis and reporting for data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent prioritization and communication across cross‑functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations & Logistics product teams with a clear, strategic vision aligned to Snoonu’s goals.

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Product to lead the Operations & Logistics teams. This role focuses on developing innovative customer, merchant, and courier support services, driving logistics and delivery efficiency, and optimizing operational processes to set new standards for speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations & Logistics product teams, establishing a clear vision and ensuring alignment with Snoonu’s strategic goals.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive roadmaps, focusing on initiatives that drive value for both the business and customers; track and evaluate progress through Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Coach and mentor Product Managers, helping them refine skills and progress in their careers.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate operational and business challenges into actionable product roadmaps.
• Partner with engineering and technology leaders to expedite development and deployment of key logistics and operational features, balancing speed with quality.
• Streamline internal processes to boost operational efficiency, drive scalability, and encourage innovation within product development.

• 5+ years in product management with specific expertise in logistics, operations, or delivery services.
• Proven experience managing and leading high‑performing product teams.
• Strong foundation in Agile practices and Scrum methodologies.

• Degree in Engineering, Management, Logistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving capability with a strategic mindset and innovative approach.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
