Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced HR Operations Leader to oversee cross-border HR activities in Qatar and beyond. You will steer governance, payroll interfaces and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include driving standardisation, automation, and global HR process design, partnering with Legal, Finance and HRBPs, while guiding a small on-site operations team in Doha.

Qualifications

• Significant multi-country HR operations experience across EMEA and APAC.
• Strong knowledge of international employment legislation and compliance.
• Experience within complex multinational organisations.
• Experience with payroll, governance, data privacy and operational controls.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with local employment law and governance.
• Translate local requirements into scalable global HR processes.
• Drive HR process standardisation, ESS/MSS, automation and digital transformation.
• Advise on restructures and workforce transitions.
• Partner with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, Finance and Centres of Excellence.
• Maintain HR data, audit, governance and operational controls.
• Identify regional HR risks and mitigations.
• Provide guidance to a small HR Operations team.
