Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to translate business requirements into scalable real-time mobility processes across dispatch, routing, fleet coordination and service execution. You will own day-to-day operations, ensure readiness and performance, and resolve issues as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in operations, mobility, ride-hailing, logistics or real-time dispatch environments.
• Hands-on experience with driver/fleet operations or supply-side management.
• Strong understanding of dispatch systems, routing, GPS-based operations or real-time service platforms.
• Ability to operate in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments where execution speed matters.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using real-time operational data to drive decisions.
• Experience working in Qatar or GCC mobility/logistics ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Real-Time Operations Execution — Run day-to-day mobility operations including dispatch, trip fulfilment, routing efficiency and live service performance.
• Supply & Driver Operations — Manage driver/fleet readiness, onboarding and performance to ensure consistent service coverage.
• Dispatch & Matching Efficiency — Ensure optimal real-time matching of demand and supply across zones, time windows and peak conditions.
• Service Performance — Own core mobility KPIs including pickup time, trip completion, cancellations, ETA accuracy and utilisation.
• Geo-Operations Planning — Monitor demand patterns and ensure correct driver positioning and coverage across locations and peak periods.
• Incident Management — Resolve live operational issues such as trip failures, delays, driver no-shows and system disruptions.
• Operational Standards — Define and enforce SOPs for trip lifecycle, driver behaviour, dispatch rules and exception handling.
• Cross-Functional Execution — Work closely with Product, Tech, Data and Commercial teams to ensure systems and operations are aligned and executable.
• Continuous Improvement — Use operational data to identify gaps and improve speed, reliability and efficiency of mobility operations.
