Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar is seeking a People Operations Specialist – Settlements & Compliance to deliver accurate and compliant employee financial lifecycle operations across the organization. You will own final settlement calculations, EOSB, and social contributions for frontline and corporate staff, ensuring adherence to GCC laws.

You’ll collaborate with Finance and HRIS tools to manage high-volume settlements and support expatriate status changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4+ years in HR Operations, Employee Administration or Payroll.
• Experience in GCC settlements and End of Service Benefits (EOSB).
• Strong knowledge of GCC labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience with social insurance calculations (GCC Insurance).
• Experience supporting high-volume workforce.
• Experience with HRIS and Excel for calculations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate final settlement calculations, EOSB and leave encashment.
• Ensure settlements comply with local labor laws and policies.
• Compute social insurance contributions for applicable populations.
• Handle high-volume frontline settlements and complex corporate cases.
• Maintain audit-ready settlement records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance to align settlement and payroll processes.
• Advise employees and stakeholders on settlement calculations and obligations.
