Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in F&B.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Financial acumen with experience in cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to lead multicultural teams and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
