Job summary

Accor in Doha is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, drive service excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will lead a diverse Heartists team, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with other departments to optimize performance. This role requires at least 5 years in F&B with supervisory experience, preferably in luxury settings, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience as an F&B Outlet Manager or similar role in luxury/upscale environments.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, food safety and hygiene.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure service quality, safety and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and develop the Heartists while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Engage with guests, anticipate needs and handle feedback professionally.
• Monitor standards, revenue, costs and overall outlet performance.
• Manage inventory and minimize wastage with effective stock control.
• Ensure compliance with Accor luxury standards and hygiene guidelines.
• Drive sales through upselling and support revenue targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve service and efficiency.
