Destination Hotels is seeking an Assistant Manager – Outlet to ensure smooth operation of the food and beverage outlet and uphold Hyatt brand standards. You will help lead the outlet team, maintain service excellence, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years supervisory/management experience in F&B, preferably in an international hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Financial acumen with cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to lead multicultural teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
