Responsibilities

• Taking an entrepreneurial approach to driving the restaurant business by surveying restaurant demand and assessing opportunities.
• Overseeing restaurant marketing plans in collaboration with GM/Director of Operations and Marketing teams and managing events.
• Managing day-to-day restaurant operations, supervising staff, and maintaining service and sanitation standards.
• Fostering guest experiences by delivering above-and-beyond service and coaching staff to meet guest needs.
