Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Doha to oversee an outlet focused on service excellence, staff leadership, and profitability. The role requires aligning operations with brand standards and collaborating with senior hospitality leadership to deliver consistent guest experiences.

The successful candidate will manage staffing rosters, coordinate with the Head Chef, monitor quality and safety, and drive marketing initiatives to maximize outlet revenue in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality or related certification preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant hospitality/restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the staff deliver the brand promise and exceptional guest service.
• Coach staff in guest service skills and handle guest complaints promptly.
• Optimize profitability while delivering brand standards.
• Assist GM in annual business planning and budget for the outlet.
• Manage inventory, supplier relations, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead weekly yield and revenue management discussions.
• Coordinate with Head Chef to maintain quality and food safety.
