Job summary

Snoonu in Doha seeks a seasoned Head of Product to lead the Operations & Logistics product area, driving innovative customer, merchant, and courier services while improving delivery efficiency.

You will shape the product vision, manage roadmaps and OKRs, mentor a team of Product Managers, collaborate with engineering, and translate business challenges into actionable roadmaps that accelerate speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with logistics, operations, or delivery experience.
• Proven leadership of high-performing product teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum background and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations & Logistics product teams with a clear vision.
• Develop roadmaps and OKRs to maximize value for business and customers.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers to grow their skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate challenges into roadmaps.
• Partner with engineering to accelerate logistics feature delivery.
• Drive efficiency and innovation across internal processes.
