Job summary

Snoonu in Doha is seeking an Operations Manager to bridge driver supply and dark store operations, diagnosing inefficiencies and turning data into improvements across first- and last-mile.

You will own the operations health dashboard, surface constraints upstream, and lead cross-functional reviews to turn KPI data into prioritized sprints. The role requires collaboration, a bias for action, and experience in start-up or high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment.
• Experience at the intersection of two operational functions.
• Strong data analysis and ability to build simple dashboards.
• Ability to document current-state flows and write SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Bridge driver supply and dark store operations to align rider availability with order demand patterns.
• Own the end-to-end operations health dashboard and track key metrics daily.
• Conduct structured root-cause analysis on recurring operational failures.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and turn KPI data into prioritized improvement sprints.
• Identify and pilot process improvements and build measurement framework to validate impact.
