Job summary

Snoonu in Doha is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the Search experience across our super app, spanning food, groceries, and more. You will define vision, strategy, and a roadmap that unifies disparate verticals while driving relevance and discoverability.

You will lead cross-functional teams—engineering, data, design—conduct A/B experiments, track KPI health, and translate business needs into search logic. Excellent communication to senior leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, owning search, discovery, or catalog products.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing an enterprise search platform.
• Strong understanding of information retrieval concepts: ranking, NLP, tokenization, synonyms, faceted search.
• Experience with cross-vertical product teams and prioritization.
• Excellent communication to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Search product end-to-end: vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Drive relevance and discovery across all Snoonu verticals.
• Lead cross-vertical collaboration between product, engineering, data, and design.
• Design and run A/B tests on ranking and UI treatments.
• Define and track KPIs like zero-result rate and CTR.
• Manage index architecture, faceting, and API integrations.
• Translate business needs into search logic for merchandising and promotions.
• Mentor and scale best practices across the PM team.
