Job summary

Snoonu in Doha is seeking an Operations & Logistics Data Analyst to turn delivery and logistics data into actionable insight, owning KPIs like delivery time, on-time rate, and cost per delivery to improve last-mile performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build dashboards, forecast demand, balance courier supply, and mentor junior analysts in a fast-paced, real-time environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 5+ years of analytics experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, industrial engineering, operations research, supply chain, or computer science.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain analytics, preferably in fast-paced delivery/e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and report core operational KPIs (delivery time, on-time rate, courier utilization, idle time, dispatch/assignment efficiency, cost per delivery).
• Analyze complex data to diagnose bottlenecks, forecast demand, and balance courier supply across zones/time windows.
• Design dashboards and visualizations for real-time and historical visibility; communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate across cross-functional teams (ops, fleet, dispatch, product, engineering).
