Job summary

Talabat Qatar seeks a senior operations leader to own the nationwide supply ecosystem, shape growth, forecast demand, and manage 3PL partnerships for service level and rider quality. You will drive KPI improvements and lead a cross-functional team across People, Finance, Commercial, and Product.

You will oversee on-ground operations, push automation, and ensure scalable processes while maintaining high standards of performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with preference for Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience in fast-paced environments, ideally FoodTech logistics.
• Proven ability to manage teams, reports, and foster a strong culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talabat Qatar's end-to-end supply ecosystem and rider quality across the country.
• Develop growth and acquisition strategies aligned with demand and market dynamics.
• Oversee 3PL partnerships from selection to performance reviews and renewals.
• Set KPIs and SLAs; monitor rider supply, EPH, on-time delivery, and churn.
• Drive automation and cross-functional collaboration with People, Finance, Commercial, and Product.
