Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar seeks a Senior Procurement & Demand Planning Manager to own end-to-end procurement strategy and accurate demand forecasting for its Q-Commerce dark store network. You will lead a Procurement Coordinator team, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize inventory investment to sustain high service levels.

The role collaborates across Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance, driving S&OP, supplier contracts, and forecasting models while improving planning tools and processes in Odoo and BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required.
• Master's degree or professional certification (CPIM/CSCP) advantageous.
• 5-8 years in procurement/demand planning; at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand forecasting across categories, blending history, promotions, seasonality and growth plans.
• Lead S&OP cadence with cross-functional teams to align forecast, supply and inventory targets.
• Drive supplier negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance frameworks.
• Optimize inventory and working capital through target stock levels and corrective actions.
• Coach procurement/planning staff and maintain SOPs; drive process improvements in planning tools.
