Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, seeks a Senior Procurement & Demand Planning Manager to own end-to-end forecast and procurement strategy for its Q-Commerce dark store network. You will lead the Procurement Coordinator team, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize inventory to support high service levels while reducing working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics or related field.
• Master's degree or CPIM/CSCP is an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG, grocery, ecommerce or Q-Commerce preferred.
• Proven supplier negotiations and forecast accuracy improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand forecasting across categories and campaigns.
• Lead S&OP cadence with Commercial, Category, and Operations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and SLAs with key suppliers.
• Build supplier segmentation and back-up supplier options.
• Lead procurement and planning SOPs across categories.
