Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking a Vertical Operations Director to own and scale the operational performance of grocery, laundry, ticketing, and future verticals launched under Snoonu’s ecosystem.

You will design scalable operating models, improve unit economics, and resolve cross‑functional issues, ensuring each vertical delivers clear ownership, high service quality, and profitable growth for Qatar and future markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of grocery, laundry, ticketing, and future verticals.
• Build scalable operating models and improve unit economics.
• Ensure day-to-day operations with ownership, strong execution, and high service quality.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across category, merchant, logistics, product, and customer support.
• Develop SOPs, SLAs, and governance to standardize processes.
