Job summary

WorkWavez Solutions in Doha, Qatar is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer (Workplace Engineer) to own and optimize Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network services onsite. You will deliver end-to-end IT support, manage service desk operations, and ensure high availability for enterprise systems.

Fluent Arabic and English are required to collaborate across teams, with strong documentation, incident response, and security policy enforcement shaping daily operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of progressive professional experience in IT infrastructure administration, systems engineering, and end‑user technical support.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with ITSM tools, incident management, service desk operations, and ticketing systems.
• Strong user account management, access control, and IT security policy enforcement.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize core IT infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Provide end‑to‑end technical support and workplace engineering services for enterprise hardware, software, and LAN/WAN.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across servers, desktop hardware, OS, and workplace IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT service desk operations adhering to ITSM best practices and SLA compliance.
• Execute user account provisioning, access control governance, and identity management.
• Monitor infrastructure health, backups, disaster recovery procedures, and virtualization platforms.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and runbooks.
• Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams for unified infrastructure security and incident escalation.
