Job summary

Al Adyat Consultant in Qatar is seeking an IT End User Support professional with 4+ years of experience to provide on-site and remote desktop support. You will diagnose Windows issues, configure enterprise software, manage user access, hardware provisioning, and maintain asset inventories.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/related technical discipline.
4+ years in IT support, desktop administration, or helpdesk.
Strong Windows troubleshooting skills (desktop/server).
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and enterprise email clients.

Responsibilities

Provide tier-1 and tier-2 end-user support for corporate users.
Diagnose and resolve Windows OS issues and hardware malfunctions.
Configure and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, peripherals, IP phones, and mobile devices.
Manage user accounts, AD permissions, and password resets.
Administer email clients, VPN, Office 365, and collaboration tools.
Monitor ticketing systems and meet SLA targets.
Maintain IT asset inventories and licensing records.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve recurring issues.
