Job summary

Al Waha Cars in Doha, Qatar is seeking a full-time Information Technology Support Specialist to maintain desktop systems, handle help desk requests, and keep IT infrastructure running smoothly on-site. English fluency is essential; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT or CS.
• Minimum 5 years IT Support/System Administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, Fortinet Firewalls, CCTV, and IP Telephony.
• Fluent English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure.
• Configure Fortinet firewalls and network security devices.
• Maintain Windows Servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Provide call center and telephony support, report IT assets.
