As a Senior System Engineer supporting WorkWavez Solutions in Doha, Qatar, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise server administration, virtualization platforms, and Tier-2/Tier-3 technical support. Your day-to-day responsibilities include installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting complex Windows-based operating systems, enterprise redundancy frameworks, and security hardening protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise Windows-based operating systems and virtual environments.
• Execute rigorous system performance optimization, resource allocation tuning, and proactive capacity planning.
