Job summary

Avanta Works in Al-Khor, Qatar, is seeking a friendly Cruise Line Customer Service Representative. You will greet guests, provide information on amenities, handle inquiries, and make onboard reservations to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service experience is preferred to deliver exceptional service onboard.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Nepali proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon their arrival on board the cruise ship.
• Provide information on ship amenities, activities and excursions.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Make reservations for dining, entertainment and other onboard experiences.
• Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
