AlSafe Finance Kuwait is seeking a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to passengers aboard a luxury cruise ship. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide guests through amenities, activities, and excursions.

The role requires strong English communication, a calm professional demeanor, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays across international itineraries. Location reflects onboard operations in Qatar."

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for passengers on board the cruise ship.
• Respond promptly and courteously to passenger inquiries and concerns.
• Handle and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide information about the ship's amenities, activities, and excursions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions
