Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon embarkation and assist with check-in process
• Answer any questions or concerns guests may have about the ship, itinerary, or services offered
• Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction
• Provide information on onboard activities, dining options, and shore excursions
• Coordinate special requests or accommodations for guests with disabilities or dietary restrictions
• Assist with onboard sales of merchandise, beverage packages, and other services offered by the cruise line
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback for review by management
