Job summary

Work corp is seeking a friendly Cruise Line Customer Service Representative in Al-Khor to greet customers and assist with cruise bookings, inquiries, and itinerary information. You will be the first point of contact, delivering courteous service via phone, email, and chat.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), at least two years in customer service, fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, preferably travel/hospitality.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with booking their cruise, including selecting the right package and providing price quotes.
• Handle complaints or issues from customers with empathy and find suitable resolutions.
• Provide information on cruise itineraries, onboard activities, and other related services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
