RetailHub Sourcing is seeking a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative based in Doha. The role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service to onboard passengers and handling reservations, inquiries, and payments.

Fluency in English is beneficial though not mandatory, and candidates from any nationality are welcome. We offer a competitive monthly salary of $1,300 plus accommodation and meals on board, with opportunities to travel and advance in the cruise line industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving with quick thinking.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in and throughout their journey.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
• Provide information about onboard facilities, activities, excursions.
• Process reservations, payments, and refunds accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experience.
