Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Process reservations and payments accurately
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Provide information on cruise itineraries, onboard activities, and other relevant information to guests
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Handle any emergency situations according to company policies and procedures
• Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures as needed
