Job summary

qlub in Doha is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Intern to help onboard new restaurant partners, train staff, and ensure accurate setup after launch.

The role is largely customer facing; you will speak with restaurant owners and POS providers daily, train staff on site, and work hands-on in our admin systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed recently.
• Lived in Doha for 3+ years.
• Available full-time in Doha, able to move between restaurants during the day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for front-of-house staff at new and existing restaurants.
• Process onboarding submissions, including collecting and checking KYC documents.
• Set up restaurant configurations in the qlub admin panel.
• Coordinate with restaurants, POS providers, and internal teams so launches happen on the agreed date.
• Handle restaurant change requests and maintain inventory list.
