Job summary

qlub is scaling in Doha and seeks a Business Development Manager to source, pitch, and close table-service restaurants. You will drive growth from day one, collaborating with operators and partners to translate frictionless payments into tangible restaurant results.

You will own end-to-end sales, from initial outreach to live onboarding, and build senior relationships with owners and GMs across Qatar's F&B scene. This role requires a hands-on operator mindset and a fast-moving approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or account management with restaurants, hospitality, or SMBs.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong network of decision-makers in Qatar's F&B/hospitality scene.
• Experience selling to owners and C-level executives, building lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new table-service restaurant partners in Doha.
• Manage full sales cycle from first meeting to live launch.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure rapid time-to-first-transaction.
• Grow closed accounts through adoption and feature uptake.
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, GMs, and operators across Qatar F&B.
• Use data to improve conversion and shorten sales cycles.
• Provide market intel to product/marketing/leadership to shape Qatar strategy.
