qlub is seeking an Account Management Intern to support restaurant partners in Doha from launch onward. The role blends customer-facing work with on-site visits, addressing POS and integration challenges, and delivering reports to drive partner success.

You will travel between restaurants, train staff, and collaborate with the Account Executive to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing usage of qlub’s payment and order tools.

Qualifikationen

• Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Lived in Doha for 3+ years.
• Available full-time in Doha; driving licence is a strong advantage.
• Tech-savvy, including AI tools.
• Excel and Google Sheets Proficiency.
• Comfortable with Shift work (9am–6pm or 12pm–9pm).

Aufgaben

• Conduct training sessions for front-of-house staff at new and existing restaurants.
• Carry out performance visits at live outlets and report findings to the Account Executive.
• Follow up on visit findings with the restaurant and the Account Executive until issues are closed.
• Help resolve POS and integration issues with restaurants and our Integrations team.
• Prepare and send partner success reports.
