Job summary

Noqoody Payment Services is seeking an Implementation & Project Coordinator to manage and support multiple ongoing projects across the company. This role acts as the central link between merchants, IT, business, finance, and top management to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Based in Doha with immediate joining, the coordinator tracks progress, coordinates requirements, and supports onboarding and go-live activities for merchant onboarding and payment service projects.

Qualifications

• Based in Doha and ready to join immediately.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in fintech, payments, IT projects, or fintech services is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main communication bridge between internal teams, clients, merchants and prospective partners.
• Track project progress, follow up on deliverables, and prepare status reports.
• Ensure technical requirements, documentation, and integrations are completed accurately.
• Assist in resolving issues, escalating as needed to management.
• Support operational readiness, UAT, and project go-live activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation of merchant onboarding and payment service projects.
