Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont Doha seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Leisure Sales team in driving revenue for the luxury properties. You will coordinate administrative tasks, manage client communications, and prepare proposals and contracts to ensure seamless leisure bookings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales coordination, reservations, or hospitality sales, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Experience supporting leisure sales, travel agencies, tour operators, or wholesale business is an advantage.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Russian is essential for client communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leisure Sales team.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.
• Manage client accounts, correspondence, and CRM records.
• Coordinate with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers and leisure partners.
• Assist in responding to inquiries and follow up on quotations and payments.
• Monitor room allocations and booking status with Reservations and Revenue Management.
• Prepare reports and performance trackers for the Leisure Sales team.
• Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and client visits.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Directors in leisure sales operations.
