Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa in Doha is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to manage room and F&B reservations with luxury service standards. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, provide accurate rate info, and coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and F&B to ensure seamless bookings.

Required are hospitality-focused education and fluency in English, with strong communication and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Admin or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in Reservations, Front Office or guest services preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle room and Food & Beverage reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Provide accurate information on rates, packages, promotions, and hotel services.
• Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations using hotel systems.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth reservation arrangements.
• Explain terms, payment requirements, and cancellation policies clearly.
