Job summary

Accor's Our Habitas Ras Abrouq resort in Qatar is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to deliver highly personalized service across the guest journey, from pre-arrival to departure. You will be the friendly ambassador ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

You will manage arrivals and departures, coordinate experiences with departments, and uphold luxury standards like LQA and Forbes Travel Guide while building genuine guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office, Guest Relations, or Guest Experience in luxury settings.
• Experience with luxury service standards such as LQA or Forbes Travel Guide is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized guest experiences across the guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Manage guest arrivals/departures, check-in/out, and VIP requests with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Spa & Wellness, Housekeeping and other departments to tailor experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and discretion.
• Maintain guest profiles and preferences to enable proactive service and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Our Habitas luxury standards.
• Assist with reservations, activities, and special arrangements as needed.
